Precision,
and the restraint
to stop there.
Surgical and non-surgical care across hair, face, body and skin, led by Dr. Swikriti Raniwala. Plans are made for the face or body in front of us, not for a procedure list.

Most people arrive with a concern, not a procedure. That is the better place to start.
Aesthetic surgery works when it respects proportion. The aim at SWI Infinity is not a different face or a different body, but a version that reads as rested, balanced and unmistakably yours. That usually means doing less than a patient expects, and explaining why. Across 74 procedures in hair, face, body and skin, the pattern is consistent: assessment first, the smallest intervention that will achieve the goal, and a written plan you can take away and think about. Where surgery is not indicated, we say so.

The surgeon
Dr. Swikriti Raniwala
Board-certified plastic surgeon
Dr. Swikriti Raniwala is a board-certified plastic surgeon practising in Gurugram, treating patients across hair restoration, facial surgery, body contouring and skin. Her consultations are known for the part that comes before any recommendation: establishing what is actually causing the concern, and whether an operation is the right response to it.
“A result that announces itself has not solved the problem.”
What is it that bothers you?
Pick the thing you notice in photographs. Each one leads to the treatments that genuinely address it, and to the honest limits of what they can do.
Hair, face, body and skin
Four areas, seventy-four procedures, one surgeon through the plan. Open an area to see what sits within it.

Hair · 5 procedures
Hair loss rarely arrives all at once.
It shows up in a widening parting, a hairline that has quietly moved back, a photograph that looks unfamiliar. Our hair services cover both surgical restoration and the non-surgical work that protects the hair you still have.

Face · 24 procedures
Facial work asks for restraint more than any other area.
The aim is a face that still reads as yours: rested, balanced, and recognisable to the people who know you.

Body · 12 procedures
Body surgery is about proportion, not size.
Most people who come to us are not looking to become someone else — they want a contour that matches the effort they already put in, or that returns after pregnancy or significant weight change.

Skin · 33 procedures
Skin responds to consistency rather than intensity.
Most of our skin services are planned as short courses with review points, so you can see what is working before committing further.
Signature procedures
Procedures patients most often come to discuss
Each page below runs to the detail a consultation would — candidacy, how it is done, recovery, risks and the questions people actually ask.

Liposuction (HD / 360)
A contouring operation, not a weight-loss one. It removes fat from specific areas that have not responded to diet and training, and it works best on people who are already close to where they want to be.

FUE Hair Transplant
Follicular units removed one at a time from the donor area, leaving small round marks instead of a line. The technique most people mean when they say they want a transplant with no visible scar.

Rhinoplasty
The most technically unforgiving operation in facial surgery, and the one where restraint matters most. A nose that announces it has been operated on is a failed result, however neat the work.
Learn more
Gynecomastia Surgery
Male chest fullness that does not respond to training is usually glandular, not fat. That distinction decides whether surgery is the answer and what kind of surgery it is.
Learn more
Blepharoplasty
A small operation with a disproportionate effect, because the eyes are what people look at first. Done well, you look rested rather than operated on.
Learn more
Botox
A treatment for lines caused by movement. Lines that are present when the face is at rest need something else.
Learn moreThe SWI approach
Six steps, in order, from the first conversation to the last review. Where a smaller intervention will do, we say so.
- 01
Listen
The first consultation is mostly you talking. What bothers you, how long it has bothered you, and what you imagine changing.
- 02
Understand
Examination and assessment. Skin quality, tissue, proportion, and general health all shape what is sensible to do.
- 03
Personalise
No two plans are identical, because no two faces or bodies are. Where a smaller intervention will do, we say so.
- 04
Plan
You receive the plan in writing: what is proposed, what it involves, recovery, and what it will cost.
- 05
Treat
Surgical work is carried out in accredited surgical facilities with board-certified anaesthesiologists.
- 06
Support
Follow-up is scheduled, not left to you to chase, and the clinic stays reachable between appointments.

- Two decades of practiceThe clinic has been in practice since 2003.
- Continuity of careFollow-up appointments are scheduled as part of the plan, not offered on request.
The surgeon’s view
“A result that announces itself has not solved the problem. The aim is that people notice you look well, not that you look operated on.”
Dr. Swikriti Raniwala
Every plan starts from anatomy rather than from a request. A patient asking for rhinoplasty may need their chin assessed; a patient asking for filler may have reached the point where volume makes the face heavier rather than younger. Saying so is more useful than agreeing.

Patient experiences
In patients’ own words
Dr. Raniwala is a true artist. My rhinoplasty results are so natural, nobody believes I had surgery. She restored my confidence completely.
From the first consultation to the final check-up, the care was exceptional. The hair transplant procedure was virtually painless.
I was nervous about body contouring, but the team's professionalism put me at ease. The results have exceeded my wildest expectations.
