A practice built around proportion, not procedure volume
SWI Infinity offers 74 procedures across hair restoration, body contouring, facial surgery and skin treatment. Breadth matters clinically, because a concern rarely sits neatly inside one category: a patient unhappy with their jawline may need surgery, volume, skin treatment, or a combination, and being able to say so without referring them elsewhere is part of giving a straight answer.
What does not change between those categories is the sequence. Examine first. Identify what is actually causing the concern. Propose the smallest intervention that will address it. Put it in writing. Where the honest answer is that a procedure is not indicated, that is the answer given.
Most results that look obviously surgical are the product of doing more than was needed: a hairline placed too low, a nose narrowed past what the skin can hide, filler placed to erase a line rather than restore support, buccal fat removed from a face that will need it in fifteen years.
